Refund Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Because beats are digital files that are delivered the moment your payment goes through, all sales are final. We can't take a download back once you have it. That said, we want you to get what you paid for, so we'll make it right in the cases below.
When we'll refund or fix your order
- A file is corrupted, won't open, or is missing from your download.
- What you received doesn't match what was listed for that beat or license.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You bought an Exclusive License that had already been sold to someone else. You'll get a full refund.
For file problems we'll first try to fix it by sending you a corrected file. If we can't, we'll refund you.
How to ask
Email devin.sherrer.music@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include the email address you ordered with and the name of the beat. We usually reply within a few business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Didn't get your files?
Check your spam folder first. You can also get fresh download links any time on the download page by entering the email you ordered with. You don't need a refund for that.
Licenses
Your license terms for each purchase are separate from this policy and come with your order. Using a beat commercially under a license doesn't change this refund policy.
